I’m in the process of restoring my 1993 Ford Bronco, I’ve owned a few of these when I was younger and I got an opportunity to pick up a pretty clean one for a decent price. I’m currently going through the entire vehicle and updating and upgrading as I see fit. I’m currently enrolled in a comprehensive engine repair course with emphasis on Ford engines, this should be fun!
This post will be repairing a brittle vacuum hose, at this point I have no idea what it goes to or how to properly repair it, but it can’t be that hard right? I use http://www.fullsizebronco.com forums for help, those guys over there know what they are talking about and the site has a wealth of resources for the ‘new’ Bronco owner.
I’m always open to tips or advice in the comments section. I’ll post pictures when its repaired and how I did it, hopefully I Can add video too! 😉
UPDATE:
I repaired the vacuum hose today with the help of this great thread from http://www.fullsizebronco.com.

I did it the exact same way, tested it, and the A/C blower works as it should, blows harder and seems to blow cooler now.
I’ve added the AFTER pics.
